Asia Minerals Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Manganese Ore and Ferroalloys trading business was firstly started in Asia.

We became the Exclusive Agent of "BHP Australia" for Manganese Ore to China market. The agency cooperation lasted till 1998.

We formed the Strategic Alliance with one of the biggest Chinese Ferroalloys smelters - "Sichuan Chuantou Emei Ferroalloy Group".

We became the Exclusive Agent of "Ghana Manganese Co. Ltd." (GMC) for Manganese Ore to China market. The agency cooperation lasted for 9 years till year 2007.

Manganese Ferroalloys trading business expanded to Western Europe and USA.

We became the Exclusive Agent of "Assmang Limited, South Africa" for Manganese Ore to China market. The agency cooperation lasted till 2010.

We acquired our first Manganese smelting plant in Inner Mongolia, China. It is named "IMA Resources Ltd." (IMA).

Manganese ferroalloys trading business further expanded to CIS and Eastern Europe.

We became the Exclusive Agent of "Assmang Limited, South Africa" for Manganese Ore to India market. The agency cooperation last till year 2010.

We acquried majority stakes of a Manganese smelting plant, "Nichiden Jinzhou", which is located in Liaoning province, China, and formed a joint venture company named "AML Jinzhou Resources Co., Ltd.".

We started selling of our own Manganese ferroalloys products produced by IMA in China local market.

Trading business of Anthracite started in India and CIS.

Development of the green field ferroalloy smelting plant project located in Samalaju Industrial Zone, Sarawak State, Malaysia started. Land levelling of the plant site location commenced.

Ground Breaking Ceremony for the South Africa Manganese mine - "Kudumane Manganese Resources (Pty) Ltd." (KMR) - was held on 8th May 2012. Thereafter, bulk sampling and commercial mining commenced.

Land Breaking Ceremony for the Malaysia smelting plant - "Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn. Bhd."- was held on 28th May 2012. Construction of the plant complex commenced.

First shipment of the Manganese Ore mined from KMR was made in April 2013.

The first tapping of Ferro Silicon and Silicon Manganese was made by Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn. Bhd. in June 2016 and August 2016 respectively. Their first commercial shipment of Ferro Silicon was also done in August 2016 as well.
